Maybe I was not clear in original post. How do you, or can you open rear taildoor from the inside? I know the HT seems to have a button inside. But cannot see any way on my 90. Anyone know? 90S D250 fuji and loving it.

There is a button on the hard top, when the vehicle is in park the rear door can be opened from inside.

I thought there was some legal requirement (at least in U.S.?) to have a way to open the boot from the inside? Cheers, David

So I wonder if its an easy fit? Could it just be a case of fitting a switch into the existing loom?
Here is one for Simon at Powerful UK to have a look at since he's always got his car in bits Smile 90S D250 fuji and loving it.

My NAS D90 does not have this button. I do wish there was a way to open the tailgate from other than just the back exterior handle (i.e. the keyfob).

On the 110 HT is there any way to open what would be the passenger doors from inside the cargo compartment? Cheers Ian

I private messaged you. You can simply pop off the switch with a butter knife and give us the part number please? @greg8283

I believe so, I think they are just regular 110 doors. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Just make sure that the 110 Commercial wasn’t delivered with the child locks on on the rear doors before you shut yourself in the back……..

There was a guy posted earlier this year on FB who had got locked into the boot of his 110 passenger car, reason he couldn’t get out over the rear seats was because he had the full height dog/ load barrier fitted - he had to use his mobile phone to call his wife to let him out………

Maybe needs a bit of working on by PowerfulUK for a retro fit release. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!
