I don;'t know, but I am sure its much thinner than that used on my Series One, which takes the knocks much better Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

It's probably 2mm.
The reason your Series I takes the knocks better is because it's made of Birmabright, which is much more resilient that regular aluminium. I believe that it went out of production in 1980 though, unfortunately. The panels got noticeable thinner in the late eighties and then again mid-nineties.

Just measured the remains of a externally ribbed ninety roof and it's 1.4mm thick. |
