Internet dropping out in X
My X kept dropping/loosing its internet. If I log out and back in (in the car) this would sometimes wake it back up. So took the car into the dealer and they found that it had lost its address or name. They have started fresh and reconfigured the info and its all working. As soon as I get the data on what was carried out ill post on here. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

My one seems to have internet connection issues, just says enable connectivity, which is enabled, and it won’t let me log in. Not that I’m bothered as I’m really not interested in all the connected guff but I assume it won’t get software updates. 23.5MY 90 D250 X-Dynamic SE, Pangea Green

My wife’s internet on her Velar stopped working in the run up to Xmas it had to have a part replaced which took a couple of days.

It’s not just not having access to the internet ( quicker to use your mobile to be honest), but also we could not update the data on the SIM card in the car ( you can remove the Sim and use a phone or tablet to update but it’s a faff) and also you don’t get the live traffic updates for the area and chosen route.

As it is under warranty they should fix it.

Funny enough I had a call a week later asking if they could have the car back to to a ‘warranty claim audit’. To me that meant that the technician forgot to make a note of the serial number before throwing the box away.

Anyway, as a thank you (apart from the courtesy car) I was given a bag with a LR cap, two reusable travel mugs, a HUE mug and something else I’ve forgot about.

All has been well since..

It appears mine is all working as it should now, possibly could’ve been due to poor signal. 23.5MY 90 D250 X-Dynamic SE, Pangea Green

Thats was when I had issues; poor signal, when the signal was lost the car could not find it again or gave up looking. A simple re boot and it would find signal and work perfect until the next time it lost signal. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Mines showing the same as your commercial, I’ll get it looked at at some point. The rear recovery hooks have to be fitted so I’ll get it done at once. 23.5MY 90 D250 X-Dynamic SE, Pangea Green
