SOLVED - TD5 DEFENDER - NO POWER - NO SMOKE AFTER REBUILD

HALLO!
I've got a tricky one for you guys!
Friend showed up in his very nicely setup defender 110, got everything going for it except NO POWER
Background:
Defender 2006

Engine had quite a bit of blow-by and was rebuilt by a shop close to them, the same guys rebuilt a td5 of one of their disco 2s and t goes well years later. Same exact mechanic.

Car is Gutless and has little to no smoke out the exhaust.
These are bits we have looked at/swapped
1. Fuel pump genuine good VDO
2. MAF sensor genuine good VDO
3. FPR new unit
4. Fuel filter new
5. MAP/AAP/MAF readings on Hawkeye within spec
6. Only error registered is tacho overdrive (if ABS FITTED) The TPS readings on HAWKEYE are within spec
7. Injector plunge set correctly, New washers and O rings too
8. EGR blanked
9. Silicon hoses all round
10. No oil in injector loom or ECU

Turbo pulled well before rebuild.
The fact that it has little to no black smoke puzzles me as most sensor related issues or even lack of boost would usually cause black smoke, unburnt diesel etc.
This car seems like it gets no fuel. Injector balance is -1 to +2, ecu tests for them positive as they all click! And they are correctly coded.
We even tried a different well working ECU (coded in properly)

Could this be a timing issue? Not enough advance? Injector pulse duration too low? I'm baffled!

The car has a BAS MAP and a writing module, it behaves the same way with the stock map the stage 1 and stage 2 maps.

Suggest you check turbo. Check inlet maybe a shop rag is in there stopping the turbo as it is blocked or its is seized. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

Also check turbo waste gate isn't seized (open and meaning no pressure, or closed meaning over pressure and ecu cuts fuel) and actuator spring is still good.

As you have a Hawkeye, what is your max turbo pressure you see if you accelerate from 1500 to max rpm in 3rd gear? Roel

SOLVED

Thanks for replies.
Turbo Boost nominal and wastegate free, would be black smoke if fuel and no air actually have had a rag in my inlet manifold once!
Anyway problem solved by swapping out injectors, i asked if they had tried to clean injectors and was told the used a steel wire brush, swapped them and the car is ALIVE!
Ill slowly test the injectors one by one to actually determine if all 5 dead
