heater control switch

Have just replaced the second Fan controller in 4 years this time the controller had heated so much as to melt the 4 spade connector type female connector on the loom rendering it Useless. The mechanic who replaced the controller whilst chasing an oil leak has cut the plug off for now and replaced with 4 individual spades. The question is does anyone know the name or part number for the plug I know it has 5 potential spades and only four are used. Many thanks
