A list of things I have noticed
I really don't like having to go back to a dealership about issues, I've learnt they can often come back with more issues than they started with, but as this is a brand new car and I am paying a large amount of money, I feel it should be 100%.

I've noted so far a few niggles that I shall ask them to look at in one go, let me know if you have seen similar on yours.

Banging noise when firm braking- covered elsewhere
Lane Keep Assist and EBA: Error message saying there are unavailable or inactive every time I drive it
OSR wheel arch plastic trim is not fitted well and sticking out. (TBH, none of them are fitted that great)
Bluetooth rings the phone through the car then reverts back to phone audio until I manually swap it on the handset back to the car
Incoming text message killed off all internal audio inc indicator noise (solved via a 20 sec reset)
When reversing on my drive the cameras defaulted to off road and therefore no parking sensors activated until I manually switched it back to On Road cameras
OSF headlight washer nozzle continually weeping washer fluid, also found washer fluid leaking under the bonnet to the floor
Access height doesn't seem to drop much when compared to my D3 and RRS.

I guess unless we report these issues back, LR will never know about them or make them better. 2016 D4 HSE

Some, not others. I also had further issues including lurching gear changes when shifting down 3-2-1. The gearbox issue was never fixed and I sold the car.

I now have a Discovery 5 which is much nicer! 2016 D4 HSE

Not seen a fix for this but JLR were certainly aware:
