Remote Start / Climate 'Vehicle not secure'
Hi All

Trying to use the Remote Start feature from the App and getting a bizarre 'Vehicle not secure, check Security Status' but when I check, it is all locked up, alarmed, windows closed etc.

Any suggestions?

In the app it is reporting Doors, Windows, Bonnet, Boot and Sunroof closed with the alarm set.

I'll go and check manually just in case.

He had same issues - think he reloaded the old App to get it to work... its mentioned in one of the videos..

Great hint - used the old app, and still didn't work, but it did tell me it thought a window was open.

I used the remote and global open to wind down all the windows and then attempted to closed them the same way, but only the front windows wound up. I suspect the rear windows may have needed 'setting up'.

Anyway, after closing all the windows, locking and then trying again, the car started.

Global open / close now works as well.
