For me this will be my second car, a hobby car, for off-road and long trips, to replace my Hilux. I have another daily driver. So I ordered the base "poverty pack " P300 with some options like the bigger screen, clear sigh mirror, off road tires, offroad package and a few more small things like heated seats, cargo rails, blind spot monitoring etc..
But even the base model has more stuff than a Landcruiser Prado mid level, and with the options I have, more towards the top spec Prado and it came 3 k cheaper, and I have an extra 100 HP. So not a bad deal overall.. For me the pricing was strange, the 2 petrol a lot more expensive than the 6 inline diesel.. the world has turned upside down.. usually for new cars diesel was much more expensive... So from what I am hearing, some markets have more priority than others... that sucks considering the price premium we pay in Europe compared with the ones in US. |

My dealer called me on monday to tell me my Def 110 SE will arrive 20th September 2021. It was ordered on January 27th this year. 22MY Defender 110 (actual) | 10MY Freelander 2 (history) | 15MY Discovery Sport HSE (history)

This is good news for you. Long wait for sure. I have still hope that it will not take that long for me, but maybe that dealer was on to something....

The dealer at Habay (Belgium) told me in January I have to wait to mid - end September. Now I know my exact delivery date. OTOH he told me others will be delivered next month and ordered in December. Probably I opted for too much options

Update for those awaiting the fixed Side Steps, they are now back in stock and I have a scheduled fitting date of April 22.

Hi All new here, I managed to find a suitable config pre ordered by the dealer and I'm pretty sure it was on the ship by the time I signed up.
Defender 110 21MY D250 5 door Hakuba silver with ebony trim - probably to get a protective wrap Tow hitch - tick Clearsight mirror - tick Jump Seat - Tick TFT - tick Black Exterior and Black roof Rails - tick Dealer says I should get it end of May. Cool thing is I can follow the ship "Morning Lucy" using an online tracker, at the moment she's in the middle of the Indian Ocean.... Very excited as it will be replacing an old subaru forester and parkingup next to a 1986 Perentie GS.  |
