Windshield washer

Hi! Could anyone check if you have washer valves at the place marked by the arrow on photo attached. Mine has holes for valves, but no valves themselves. Only on other side (could be seen on photo). It results dry gap in the middle of the brush and brushes just wipe dry glass, having some water only at edges.

Yes mine is the exact same. I even took it into the dealer again saying they installed the washers backwards... When I spray the wash it basically just sprays it onto the bottom of the windshield and doesn't spray 1/2 the upper screen and will just wipe the bug guts even more.
It seems the right side does a slightly better job but given I drive on the left thats not very helpful...
