Steel brackets that hold the air conditioning condenser
Could anyone tell me how the 4 brackets that hold the condenser to the outer frame are fixed to the condenser , i can see they are pop riveted but is that through the condenser body?

Planning to replace them with stainless steel ones from YRM as they are a little corroded to say the least.

TIA 2015 HT XS 90

Just normal rivets into the frame of the matrix, had ours blasted nickel plated & powder coated.

Gave the chassis a good clean down & Dinatro after this photo & changed the grill brackets to stainless also.

Timcat many thanks for the pictures. I’m still struggling to see what those rivets actually go into to me they look as if they go into the fins rather than the matrix frame, unless the matrix frame is behind the fins and I can’t see it? maybe I am being a little dim Laughing 2015 HT XS 90

Thanks for that, have already changed the grill brackets as they were totally shot. I’ve been looking for somewhere to get my Aircon matrix re-furbed as I’m going to be spending a long time in Africa but it’s looking like I’m going to have to change the lot which is £700+ Shocked
