torque pro elm327

hello

I bought an elm 327 wifi with the torque pro application I added the Ford pid. configure software.I added the ford CHT temperature and the coolant value as a value.I have a difference between cht ford and coolant temperature..

coolant temp 90 degree and cht ford 118 degree approx my temperature gauge is broken so what values can I trust?

and then do you know the optimal settings for consumption for 2.4 puma I find in slow motion 2l of consumption per hour approximately. maf value between 14 and 17 grams per second at idle.
