Police take on modifications and the law
Just found a really down to earth set of videos on you tube which have a road traffic officer discussing various aspects of vehicle modifications and what they view as acceptable and why.
I have met the officer in the video whist out doing support work with 4x4 response, and can confirm he is really good to chat to and very knowledgeable on all things modified, but has a soft spot for defenders too !
The Videos are aimed at the modified hot hatch group, but pertinent to our side of things with modified 4x4’s.
The bottom line seems to be - inform your insurance !
