France 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Santorini Black
On a French motorway yesterday (looks like we’ll be here for quite some time, unrestricted movement, shops other than bars and restaurants open but 18:00 curfew) we were overtaken by a black French-registered 90. Big black spare wheel on the rear door, whole effect absolutely BEAUTIFUL, as opposed to the 110…

Wife’s reaction: “I can see myself driving that”. My reaction: “I don’t see myself getting too many fenders or boat paraphernalia in it”

Neil,

You've obviously met my wife - even in our 110 there isn't much room after she's filled every available space with shoes, boots and a change of clothes for EVERY occasion!

What was the extra cost for the large wheels, they seem exorbitant in the UK, over £3k+ extra?

That looks really nice, mines been ordered with Carpathian Grey.

£3455.00 to spec those on a Hard Top over here against roughly £1.1k in your country and the non commercial version 90 price is £2300.00.

We are getting penalised for the commercial version with a light spec'd car costing almost the same as a light spec'd standard car and we have a poor limited choice to spec too. I know the 22MY won't have the bigger engine or air suspension options but just a few limited extra's. Seems a complete rip off over here, makes me think twice about continuing with mine with such price hikes for the Hard Top.
Maybe I have something wrong Sad

The 90 HT is definately more expensive than the car version.... not sure why.... and you get less standard equipment..

May be worth pricing out the conversion costs?

Also the 90 HT has very low PCP residual values so is as expensive per month as a high end 90 car with bigger engine and spec.

Hi Vlad,
when you pick it, would you please take a video how to enter to rear seats and how big leg room is there when seating?

Well it may not be the first 90 in Scotland but I think I hold the record for waiting the longest. Ordered 27th February 2020. Arrived yesterday
