It should “pop” a bit more in direct sunlight, as Java was a quite flat. Charlie

Are you sure it was flat looking, did you have enough polish / wax on the Java black, it wouldn't be flat looking then Wink Cool 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper.

The Java did have a bit of a red/orange fleck, but it never really wowed me. You needed to get close before you vaguely noticed it. Charlie

I went and dropped off the final parts for the rebuild yesterday.

Annoyingly, it’s coming back from paint on Monday. Would have been nice to see it, but we’re getting very close now! Charlie
