I have a suspicion it is only available as part of the seat frame assembly, and I suspect isn't removable from the frame:

For reasons I can't entirely comprehend there are eight different part numbers listed for each of item 1 and item 2, and you are talking £700+ for each frame. Shocked

Second hand seats might be a better bet.
