Roof rack lights

A couple of roof rack light mods done with a few problems.
It took some work routing the cable, as can take the rail off, run under this to the back of the car, and in through a gromit above the right hand rear light.

We had to have custom brackets made to fit to the rack and still look in keeping.
This light looked the best, though have now changed it to the Lazer linear as the sunroof would touch when opening.

Looks good đź‘Ť

Does it come on and off with high beam or is it on a separate switch?

What are the standard headlights like on their own?

I brought a can integration kit.
Worked on the car with no adaptive led lights, but the gold one we just had to fit a switch, otherwise would always be on when the lights were on full beam, but blacking out the car in front.
Can m8 said they could probably get over it though if they try it out on the different car.

I have the Matrix headlights and they are excellent, they never go to dipped beam but change the shape of the beam to give a similar effect. I cannot see how the light bar would work with the matrix lights without switching the auto beam bending off For the main headlights. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

The standard LED lights a pretty good.

I’ve opted for the premium LED headlights which have twice as many LEDs as the standard ones, main reason for opting for them is I’m coming from matrix LEDs so will notice a bit of a difference, and they’re not an overly pricey option.
