Route Planner

The manual has a section for using the Route Planner app. I tried this but was unable to link my VIN to the route planner account. As per the instructions, I used the same credentials as my InControl account. I raised a support ticket but after more than a week nothing but an automated response.

Has anyone else tried?

Also, on my LR4, I can load my own waypoints (POIs) from a GPX file on a USB stick. That doesn't seem possible on the new Defender. 1981 Series III 88 Santana Especial

I don't even get that far...I use the same credentials as my in control account - but it won't log me in. Defender D240 First Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Wrapped roof in Gloss white. Few other dealer fitted extras.

I’ve the same issue. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I registered here first, setting the user/password to be the same as my InControl account.

Once you sign in on that page, there's an option to link your VIN under 'Maps & Services'. That didn't work for me. 1981 Series III 88 Santana Especial

There should be a bit that says add vehicle.

This is my Velars account, it’s separate password/account from incontrol

Same problem, VIN ist not accepted by app.

Raised my support ticket in September.
Following JLR customer satisfaction strategy I expect response no earlier than 2023 if ever.

All I see is incontrol touch pro listed.
