Side view mirror tilting
Hey all, the past two days my side view mirror (LHS) has started tilting downwards during highway driving at speeds between 120-140 km/h (74-86 MPH) and under heavy acceleration in third gear. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone on here as well. 2012 Fuji White 110 Flattened

I haven't had this before, your vehicle is still in warranty. Get your dealer to change it free of charge Smile

Or just tighten the head up from underneath. It's an Allen key IIRC. Darren

That was the plan. Just very busy at the moment and don't have time to go to them. and i know they want to "document it" and ask permission from lr uk wether or not it should be under warranty. It took them a week to get approval to change the backrest seat cushion after it tore and i had to drive around with the metal frame against my side. i was just curious as to wether it was one of those usual quirks.

Thanks Darren will do that first thing in the morning, if it still moves around like jack said i'll pop over to the dealer try to get it checked right then and there instead of leaving it for a full day just to have a look. 2012 Fuji White 110 Flattened

Definately an Allen key job. Happened to me on a previous Defender so I never travel without a set of Allen keys. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

An allen key solve it very easy Mr. Green
No need to go to the dealer for that.
