2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 SVX Station Wagon Santorini Black

[For Sale] SOLD - 2008 LR 90 SWB Hardtop SVX 60th Annive

It is with a heavy heart that I am now putting my SVX up for sale. I love it but my needs have changed over the past few months and I need to re-organise my fleet

Top of the list is a new Defender so this and my Ford Ranger need to go to make way for it...

2008 SVX Hardtop
Genuine SVX, registered on V5 as such, VIN matches LR database etc - number 064 on plaque
79k miles (rising slowly)
FSH, recently serviced and MOT'd (within last month) – no advisories
Excellent condition inside and out
Original heated Recaro Sportster seats, Garmin Sat nav etc
Been wax-oiled from new, no issues with rust
Sunroof – does not leak
2 sets of keys and fobs both work
Rear bulkhead smoothed and painted with Raptor smooth protective coating
Some tasteful upgrades as follows, original parts kept and can be supplied
LED Headlights
New side steps – old ones were rotten
Pioneer slide out touch screen stereo – provides Apple car play plus reverse cam
DAB antenna
18” XTR Black gloss Alloys and BFG KO2 Tyres x 5 – from LRI Solutions
Leather door and dash trim upgrade
Leather padded cubby lid
New window blocks
New wipers
Stage 2 remap, consisting of Alive Tuning map, uprated Alu Intercooler and Stainless exhaust – makes it much more enjoyable to drive.
No finance outstanding and never been subject to Insurance write off
"SVX" Registration plate is included in the sale

Outstanding Work
I am pretty picky and so am in the process of changing the decals as they started to fade and actually in one place looks like someone has tried to pick one of them off, haven’t done it yet but planning to get them all done next week. At the same time I will get a full paint correction detail and ceramic coating, I get this done to all my cars as the results are fantastic. I bought a new set of decals from LR at a cost of £500 and collected them today, the detail and refitting the decals will come to around £600 but this is included in the price and should be done next week

Original parts as followed have been kept should whoever buys this wish to return it to stock and are therefore included in the price
5 x SVX Alloys and BFG Tyres – great condition
Headlights
Intercooler
Exhaust
Dash/door/cubby box trim

Location is NE Scotland but this can be delivered anywhere in the UK for less than £500 – I can arrange this and provide a firm price for seriously interested parties

Price – looking for offers in region of £30k, which I think is a good price considering condition, rarety, modifications etc

I would love an svx, a soft top was having an LS3 fitted when I was over getting my gearbox. I think they should command more money tbh. Good luck with the sale

Fantastic car! I have a 90 SVX soft top myself. Sad to see that at few of the soft tops here in Norway has been rebuild to hardtops. Where did you manage to get a new set of decals? 2009 Land Rover Defender 90 SVX Soft top 60th Anniversary Edition

Had to get the decals direct fropm LR - you need to provide your chassis number to them.

Looks like car is sold now.
