2.4 EGR wiring

Can anyone tell me what the positive and negative terminals are on a 2.4 EGR valve, thanks

I want to hot wire it with wires straight from a battery, it's jammed and that's how I freed it last time. Someone on here posted which terminals in the plug were the + and - but I cannot find the post.

Curious, it is a stepper motor and doesn't really work like that, although I suppose it might be possible to drive it to its limit. I haven't seen any information like you describe though.

From the above diagram it looks like

Pin 1 - EVA+ (Electronic/EGR Valve Actuator positive)
Pin 5 - EVA- (Electronic/EGR Valve Actuator negative) > 110 XS Double Cab
