Bast**d child of Jeep Wrangler and Defender.

Probably noisy and needs to be driven rather than just steered.
I want one, bet it leaks too Cool Just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right.

Put sliding front doors on it and it could be a 1960’s Bedford van......... Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Looks cool to me. But quite expensive. You could get a very, very nice Series or early 90 for a lot less money. And have no worries over long term parts availability.

I wonder if it has ABS, driver's airbag and all the other electronic gizmos that many on here have said are now legally required and cite as reasons why JLR couldn't build a low cost utility Defender replacement? Is there some form of exemption for low volume vehicles?
I am surprised they can get away with the LHD wiper configuration as well. It must leave the top right hand corner of the windscreen un-swept.

For £19900 you could do a nice rebuild on your defender possibly a BMW engine conversion too.
