I've seen a few homemade vehicle from the US with amazing pivots and extending wheels; and then there's the amazing plant equipment manufacturers doing all sorts of radical things, but could it now be in the realms of more mainstream off road manufacturers in the era of electric motors?

Maybe it is a plan to get around the ULEZ in London.

Chuck a 7l V8 in it and when you get to the ULEZ zone, you don't drive and get a fine, you walk.... Rolling with laughter

Lets face it, its quicker to ride a horse through London half the time....
