its a 2002 TD5, don't worry it won't be that clean for long that was pick up day... and within 5 mins it was in the fields.

I decided a new truck was too much to risk considering what we do to things on the farm and I've missed having a Defender. (we had a 90 a while back and a 109 when I was growing up). Since then its been L200's etc, it doesn't need to do mega farm miles any more but I needed something that could when needed as such.

Current plans:

remove the 2' lift kit it came with as why.... We never needed a lift kit on anything before, I've bought some standard springs and Bilsteins for it as it will be on the road more than track.

I've ordered some truck lites for it as its getting darker.

I've also got an old set of Boosts from another truck to go on it as I've never been a fan of black wheels or mud tyres, thankfully one of my chums is.

Winter updates starting, got a load of things to do before it gets salty.

1st big change was the removal of the replica wolfs and muds, i went with modulars and General Grabbler AT3s on a recommendation from here.

LOF Single mass power spec conversion kit fitted last week, running in for now but it already feels rather nice, it was amazing how tired the old one was.

Also, I feel since the Farm Truck is gaining a special place in everyones hearts it was time for some treats. The old steering wheel was feeling a bit flakey. Thankfully my father in law races Morgans so I raided his parts stash and found these to try out.

Both 14' moto litas that came out of his +8's
