I'm warming to his style. At first I thought his channel was a bit gimmicky. But the more he does the better the content gets. I like that he doesn't spend thousands on top of the range camera gear. He just says it as it is.
Plus he is paving the way for new Defender owners. He'll be trying to upgrade his for sensible money, which means he becomes the guinea pig for those that follow. I'd never heard of them, just looked on their site as you mentioned the Ewok...
Funny how we've owned it 3 years and it's never crossed my mind to add 'spangle'. Although it's been a pig the last 2 months....so much so, the missus has put more miles on my 90 than I have! |

They started out doing black badges and body coloured intake replacement grilles for the original L320 RRS and Disco3, they’ve been going for a long time now (since 2006 I think) and I’ve bought a lot of pieces off them over the years. They went a bit too bling with their L322 bits for a while but they were very popular. Some of their “How to” videos over the years have been the “bible” to go to for Freelander2, DiscoSpirt and Evoque owners. It seems he might be buying in remaindered LR accessories now too as he mentioned 2 x 40ft container loads of wheels and accessories had appeared at their unit a couple of videos back.
You can only buy through their website they don’t do over the counter sales so I wouldn’t;t waste a trip to visit them. It does mention that on their website. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come 2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |
