If I recall correctly the tyres are Avon Treadlites (not sure of the size though).

Possibly 31X15.50-15, similar to some I have.
Reminds me of the Agrover conversion, but these look to predate the one I saw. Reminds me a bit of the Cuthbertson conversion for the ForestryCommission that used to reside on the forecourt of Lix Toll Motors up here in Scotland ,its long gone after the business changed hands about 10 years ago. I think one of the magazines did an article about the Lix Toll collection as they had 4 or 5 Cutherbtson converted Series Landies. One of them with tracks can be seen behind this Hydrology conversion.

Indeed, the tracked ones were Cuthbertsons. The 'Forest Rover' was a conversion designed with Roadless Traction in association with the Forestry Commission, though they never used it in any big way.
