2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 SW Stornoway Grey

2.4 TDCI air con pipe

Hi All,
Long time no post.
Two things really,
Firstly can anyone tell me what the Large red painted bracket is for /called on the passenger side of my 2.4 TDCI engine.
secondly it has worked its way loose and sawn its way thru the aircon pipe

Exactly like this one.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a quality low cost replacement hose?

Seems they are prone to working loose.
I had thought it might be the "generating revenue" Bracket !! "Of Course, Of course, I ain't asking . I'm telling!!"
