Maybe of interest, unless you’ve already got them but I’ve found the best prices to be Amazon USA for the BS Fuse Boxes. They sell directly to your door here in GB.
The are great quality too. Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧 |

Thanks for that. I haven’t got them yet so will be investigating that forthwith.

I have my aux fusebox under the drivers seat.
Permanent live is from the battery box. Ran a cable along the front of the seats, through the box section over the transmission tunnel. Switched live is from the cigarette lighter although there is another thread on here https://www.defender2.net/forum/post806050.html which shows you can piggy back-off a switched live from under the cubby. The switched live activates a relay which is connected to the battery also for the main power feed. For an earth, I ran a new cable to the earth point under the drivers seat. Thanks Gents
That’s the information that I was looking for, got both the boxes to go for and the wiring advice that I was looking for. Excellent. |
