United Kingdom 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Fuji White
Is a broken MT82 gearbox worth refurbishing?
I had to replace it because it was stuck in 3rd gear

Had a bit of luck with a replacement from a newer damaged 110, so didn't PX for a refurbished one. I kept the original transfer box

It's done 60k miles
Seems a shame to scrap it but I'm not up to pulling it apart
All sensible suggestions welcome Idea

if its stuck in 3rd and only done 60k there is every chance the g/box is fine and its just a stuck selector detent, and well worth fixing DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
