Defender 110 Utility rear panels
So, I am looking ahead a bit here, but I would like to remove the rear side panels in Miffy for a set without windows. I believe these were fitted to the Puma utility 110s.

Did they come with or without the rear quarter windows?

Are they the same size as 90 side panels?

Do the utility 110s come with internal trim like the CSWs or are they truly utilitarian?

The other option are gull wings of course, but they might be overkill for the dogs crate that fills the back end.

Many thanks. Thumbs Up

Proper utility panels have no windows and no trim. The CSW trim can be altered and fiddled with, or you can buy Mudstuff panels to go inside.

I swapped my Td5 across

They're not the same size as a 90 but are the same size as a series II,IIA or III 88" although these have different rivet patterns and are different at the door seal. Series panels without the rear small windows are as rare as the proverbial hens' teeth since they would be very early.

Genuine USW side panels are scarce second-hand, they are (I think) still available new but are over a grand each side.

Some folk have removed their SW side windows and carefully bonded a full-sized alloy skin to the outside. Done well it is almost indistinguishable from the real thing, at least from the outside.
