@BarrowG check your Flasher relay - I had exactly the same issue with both indicators being on and the relay was damp inside - visual condensation. I took it off, dried it out and sprayed with WD40 then re-sealed it.

This cured the issue and cost nothing

Cheers I will check this first. Where will I find the flasher relay? I do have a spare that came with my new wipacs when the others broke so could just swap them out

It’s behind the fuse box on the bulkhead - well mine was - you will need to unscrew the fuse box and it’s behind there - you should hear it tick ticking. Water had run down from between the windscreen and the bulkhead and it was wet inside 2017 Range Rover L405 Vogue SE V8 Diesel #16

You’ll find them on the other flat white plug.

Did you try the flasher relay?

Ahh ok my bad. Thought it must be that one as that’s the plug that leads into the indicator light.
Yes investigated and it seemed to still be clicking? I’ll put the other one in just to double check

Yes definitely seems to be a ground issue. Unplugged correct white clip this time Whistle and now only one works when one. So good news issue has been detected.
Thank you very much all. Now just to sort out headlights
