took me 3 weeks to get a UK order!

keep hearing bad reports about Craddock's I am sure that iv seen similar statements on here is this the norm

My Craddocks order hasn't arrived yet either but neither have other items that are being shipped by Royal Mail. I know Royal Mail are doing far less deliveries at the minute, either that or the postie has a Defender

Parcel delivery times are not great at present due to corona. I have tracking numbers for a couple of parcels and they have been stuck at a central hub now for six days. I cannot grumble the delivery lads and lasses are doing the best they can under what are extreemly difficult circumstances. Liz at Devon 4x4 has been doing a sterling job sorting me out for parts. I know its only France but they are shipping stuff out double quick. I"m very impressed.

I am 4 weeks and waiting. I sent a very blunt email last week saying I appreciate they may have some delays but a reply to my two emails costs nothing. I then got a reply saying sorry they are very busy and they will fill my order as soon as they can.
My issue is they are happy to take an order and money without holding stock or even being aware they can get it. Its then ok to hold my cash for weeks whist they sort out the supply problem. Many other companies are trading quite well, some sites will say we do not hold this item so may take a little longer. Fine my choice. Stopped using Craddocks yrs go for same reasons. Terrible customer care, rubbish communication.

^^^^ I have never used them, however, when looking online many times I've found it useless.

I never used them because they always used to show all their prices ex-VAT only, which is a pet hate of mine. They do seem to have fixed that now. It was also always insanely hard to find anything in the website unless you knew the part no. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

crads i recon order parts in from other suppliers, I had to order one of the pipes from them for my dad and it took a bit. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
