Added an extra reversing light...almost
Hello

I was going to add an extra round light to each side but never got round to it...always thought the reversing lights are not up to much..

I also wanted to make the reverse camera better as one failed and had two in the same spot. So thought I would do the two jobs in one.

£7 light of amazon...mmmm if it's useless will upgrade but not much to it and looks all sealed?

Took the rear plinth off and sorted the camera (removed the old one neatened up the wires) then fitted the bracket and hid the cables through the existing car holes.

I need to actually plumb it in the other side but put it back together for now.

I like that arrangement Stacey007. Do you have an Amazon link for light unit please?

Be good to see a shot of this in the dark on and off/vovered for comparison on the camera! Nice idea of location.

I've fitted it properly now

Works a treat and lights up the view for the camera even better,

This is the link,

https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Work-Spot-Light...amp;sr=8-6

and the finished working picture, bear in mind there was also a security light that came on as I took this so it would be even better had I waited for that to go off..

For the money even if it last 6 months I can change it...
