Hi I used to live in Princes Risborough and that has been there for at least 30 years that was where my driving instructor lived also he used to have a goat out on the grassy bank

I would agree. I used to cycle past it as a kid and unfortunately that means 30 years or more. I think it is now probably a Buckinghamshire land mark.
