How to store gearboxes

I’ve recently swapped over gear box and t/box. I would like to know best way to store them should I leave some oil in them and wrap them they’re going into a damp garage 🤔 cheers chris

leave them full of oil grease the shafts and linkages and in neutral, move them from time to time if you can in storage and try and rotate the innards if poss
some folk throw a coat of waxoyl on the casing

I would change the oil and as said rotated the internals regular. Roel
