Free punt back to the top for you!
We had two FL2’s and both were cracking cars - diesel in one end, windscreen wash in the other and a bit of servicing... Ours towed horse trailers, had small(ish) children, their friends and their friends’ junk in them and never caused us any stress... Good luck with the sale. |

bought one same age same colour and spec around the same time as you but with 160k miles on for around £4500, its now done 260k and its been a great car, just needed couple bushes here and there.
probably not worth much at that mileage so will just run it into the ground but it tells you at 100k ish its got many more miles left in it 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold) 2015 Discovery 4.5 Black pack Firenze red XS 2008 Corris Grey 110 XS USW (sold) 2011 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold) |

Thanks 'dude, it's been a great car & the only reason we're selling is because SWMBO had to go over to driving an auto, we're both really sad to see it going!
Have put it on the D3/4 forum, the Freel2 forum & on here & not so much as a sniff so it's now on the 'Bay with 7 days to run - got a couple of bids on it & had the usual questions asking what I'll take for cash |

I had one of these, same year 2007, which I ran for around 8 years. Never had any problems with it at all. Traded it in for a defender puma 2.2 18 months ago & that's broke down 3 times already! Really great vehicles.

Obviously Covid-19 has hit us all hard & it's not been a good time to try & sell this. This is my last price drop before it gets put on SORN over the summer ready to try again in the autumn.

I feel for you - clearly a rubbish time to be trying to sell a car...
Can’t really comment on price, but these really are a cracking vehicle... GWTS! |

Thanks for that, luckily at the moment we're not in a position to need to sell it so it can get SORN'd. As far as price goes, I know I'm biased but this car is as good as you'll get for the money.

What would make it even better would be the genuine Land Rover seat covers & the Hatchbag rear load liner that can go with it to help keep the inside clean when carrying horse food, etc.

Genuinely only selling it as SWMBO was struggling with the clutch because of a dodgy left knee (too many years falling off horses or getting kicked & shoved around by them) so we had to buy her an automatic.
