I've got one in my 200tdi 90 complete with a hybrid turbo running 17psi boost.
All seems ok so far.......
Fitting it was another story as I had to move the rad back 2" to get the cooler to miss the slam panel braces, which then needed a 300tdi rad to get the bottom hose away from the steering box Whistle

Hi natyeo, here's the write-up and some photo's:

I had a spare cooling pack frame that I liberated from my old disco which I used to modify the frame that was in the 90.
I used the rubber grommets that normally hold the frame to support the lower feet of the cooler in brackets made from the spare frame. The cooler sits just proud through the front of the frame but still clear of the braces. The upper mountings were from remaining spare frame and fabricated once the radiator position had been set.

Once the cooler was in the correct place I used some top and bottom frame to widen and re-position the radiator about 2" further toward the centerline while keeping it about 5mm off the cooler. By swaping to a 300tdi rad, the lower hose connection is moved away from the steering box. The lower hose was cut and turned to connect to the lower hose connection and joined back together with a thermostatic switch holder. A single electric fan is fitted to the back of the radiator, the lower mount clips into the tabs on the bottom rail and the top is fixed to the two 5mm studs on the top rail.

The void areas to either side of the radiator were filled with expanded polyethylene foam so that any air was forced through the cooling pack and couldn't bypass the radiators. The vertical frame rails alongside the rad were cut down from the donor frame and modified with tabs to prevent the foam from being blown through and into the engine bay.

The next 3 photos are the front end being rebuilt with the slam panel, bonnet catch, braces, grill panel all remaining un-altered

In this month's LRO (March 2020) there is an article about fitting an Allisport intercooler.

They fitted the cooler in front of the standard rad by removing the braces and using brackets supplied in the kit (the chinese coolers are supplied without any mounting hardware.) They had to modify the bonnet catch to one that doesn't hit the top of the cooler when the bonnet is shut, and the return lip and lower centre 2 fixings for the grill had to be removed from the grill panel so as not to foul the cooler.

As my 90 is an early model it has the fingers through the grill bonnet catch (no cable release) so by mounting the cooler in place of the std radiator it enabled me to keep the catch. I also managed to fit in a pair of ex-disco horns, and the front parking camera is mounted on a bracket between the 2 centre fixings for the grill but behind the grill so you wouldn't know it was there.

Hope that helps
Paul

I have this as well - I don't love the 90 degree bend in the lower pipe, but it was cheap and seems to work well.

With TIG welding of that abysmal standard it can only have come from China.

I have purchased both the uprated aluminum intercooler and radiator. I now have concerns that my ARCON condenser will have no space... Any advise?
