I hadn't realised how big this new defenders are. Thumbs Up

Longer than an L405 Full Fat RR standard wheelbase - maybe the new Defender should be called the Overweight RR...... Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Land Rover USA (@LandRoverUSA) Tweeted:
The New Defenders are on a roll. Today, for the first time, North American consumers have the opportunity to drive this vehicle on an epic off-road course at #4xFAR. #Defender2020 https://t.co/2YipZLT9BC https://twitter.com/LandRoverUSA/status/1218628134620160000?s=20

So the American public get to drive the vehicle first?

FIve thousand people are expected for the two-day festival.

Attendees can test-drive the 2020 Land Rover Defender on 15 acres built for off-road use at the Empire Polo Club.

Perhaps JLR read some of the comments on here over the last number of months and thought no-one liked it so why bother... Whistle

Nice to see nothings changed (Top Picture) Drivers knees jammed up against the dash and the centre console is doing likewise....
Interesting note on how big it is... Maybe JLR are pinning their hopes on it being a big hit in the USA.... It's balloon like proportions won't look out of place over there...

Tim It doesn't matter how bad it is, It can always get worse...

I can only hope that sooner or later we will see some photos of the new Defender being put through some real challenges.

All I have seen so far are vehicles being driven around terrain that I think I could tackle quite comfortably in my daughter's Fiat 500 Big Cry
