What's this crimp for?
I was just changing my air filter on my 90 300tdi today and I found a single wire with a female spade terminal crimped on. It was coming from the main loom of wires just underneath the engine cyclone breather. Just wondered what it was for and if anyone else has come across it?

Fuel cut off is black wire

Oil pressure switch white with brown tracer wire
