Naka rear door strut removal.
I’ve had this on for ages, but to be honest the door is too stiff to close now and the wife struggles to close it without swinging on the spare wheel. I’m thinking of going back to standard but the only problem was that the original check strap was too worn to actually hold the door open when facing even the slightest bit downhill.

Can anyone point me at the parts needed to revert back to standard?

PS: make me an offer for the Naka v2 gas strut!

Is there something wrong with it. Co1?

Zagato fitted me one to my 110 a few weeks ago and the door is great.

I don’t think so. When you open the lever, the door opens with a nice slow steady action, just stiff as hell to close. I wonder if I can change the leverage ratio somehow?

Co1 I would give Brendan a ring at 4x4 overlander and see if he knows if it can be adjusted Thumbs Up

My wife also struggles to close my backdoor for the reasons you state, perhaps I should get a younger stronger model Rolling with laughter 2015 HT XS 90
