I found and unusual Water Ingress Point
I had water coming in through the lower blower vent on the passenger side. I found water was coming in via a possible 3 points Windscreen which I resealed. On the wing where I fitted the standard fender. and through the window frame to bulkhead seal. Although I eradicated 80% of leaks I still had water coming through the vent.
Because I could not see the water coming in on the bulkhead in the engine bay I assumed it was somewhere inside the bulkhead.
In desperation I place a sheet of kitchen roll on top of the blower and closed the bonnet. I then found the water coming in through the front bonnet hinge bolt. The reason I could not find it was that the water was dripping straight down onto the blower bulkhead sponge gasket
It seems the water runs down the windscreen and loops along the hinge into the void between the hinge and bonnet. Normally this would not matter but the front bolt on my bonnet was slightly loose. Upon tightening it the drip stopped.

So a result after what was a very frustrating few weeks trying different cures.

It was coming in at a most unexpected place. The big problem was that it was dripping directly behind the blower housing so i could not see it. What exacerbated the situation is that my motor is a Cat D with the damage being on the front passenger side. I bought it repaired but it was a bodge job as regards fitting the n/s outer and inner wing and suspension so the leak could have been from anywhere.
Still the deeper the thorn the more relief when its out. Shocked

I just hope it may help someone else.
