Our 2 ramps,

the 4 post is awaiting a cable change normally another car is stored underneath it but its probably pushing nearly 40?

has the same control panel as v8bob's pic above,

I use the 2 post ramp for everything now, once you figure out how to load a defender on it works great...

here's my 90 today having its front springs and dampers replaced also the delivery mile baby sat in storage Very Happy

V8Bob, you were spot on, I think mine is even earlier but in decent nick. The only thing we struggled with was the wheel runways had been welded onto the angle iron stubs that stick out of the front and rear cross beams.

After a bit of angle grinding and hammering we had it in pieces, two of us put it all on the trailer with the runways and wheel frees up on the ladder rack, reloaded all the tools and toddled back home down the M42.

Added a load of spares, paint, 3 x Velux roof windows on the trailer, collected the kitchen units puppy and SWMBO and caught the ferry back from Portsmouth - Caen and drove home - faultless!

Unloaded it all on my own with the help of a sack truck and gravity, ready for a tidy up and paint, I think it was something like snap on red and ford tractor blue when new - anyone confirm this?

Cheers again

Keith

I have seen a fair few Bradbury in my time, and all of that era of 4 posts were the black and yellow.
The earlier ones with the motor and pump in a box at the bottom of a post were always blue.
I have never seen a red Bradbury.
