Starter Battery Question - Optima Red Top OK?
Hi Folks,
Is anybody using an Optima red top as a starter battery in their Puma Defender?
The biggest Optima I can find is 50Ah.
The 2.4 Puma starter battery spec is 95Ah and it's physically massive.

Make sure you get the one with the battery terminals near the edge of the battery. I couldn't use mine because the mega fuse connector wasn't long enough. Put it on my disco instead. 130 crew cab

As parktag said which makes life easier but mine was so cheap I relocated the mega fuse plus you can buy them quite cheap and use an inline one Thumbs Up 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8
