Brand new and sealed box of 40 sheets. I bought two packs to be sure I had enough, used one and this was never opened. Same stuff as Dynamat, helps deaden vibrations and sound in the panels, works quite well esp. on the rear arches. To be clear there is 3.75 sq m in approx. A4-sized sheets, you simply cut to size and stick on.
