The thing I understand least about that video is the fact that after a look at Grenadier production, followed by Jeep Wrangler production, it then talks about production of the New Defender at Nitra but illustrates the entire section with footage of the old Defender being built at Solihull! Rolling with laughter

Clearly the program-makers are too dim to realise that they are showing the production of a discontinued vehicle on a now-scrapped production line. It is quite interesting though.

Sadly a gaffe of this magnitude makes you rather question everything you see.

The axles shown at the start of the Grenadier section are not axles for Grenadiers, either!

Still no signs of a customer taking delivery of their Grenadier.

Looking forward to the first one on here! Apparently production has "started"

^^ The video in the post above says that "it can take as long as two months for a Grenadier to reach a customer after leaving the factory" or some similar words.

Which is strange since not a single customer has one yet!

Its worse than that BW, it says it can take “more than two months between order and customer acquisition” 5.05 mins into video.

I wonder how much more !

Two months would appear to be much better than the delay for a new Defender, judging from posts on this forum.

At least the Grenadier may be worth the wait!

Somehow I can't see Grenadier wishing to be associated with the legend that is Kenton Cool! Rolling with laughter

Incidentally has anyone heard what has become of KC? He appeared for the ND launch (no-one I have ever spoken to had heard of him before that event) and seems to have disappeared back into obscurity.

Edit: a quick Google suggests that he is more-or-less permanently involved in climbing Everest, he's done it 16 times now!
