The Flatdog is a great rack but it isn't as low profile as the Hannibal.

I thought Hannibal had gone bust? I was invited to join a disgruntled Hannibal Safari group on Instagram about SA customers who had paid for items and never received. Didn't take a lot of notice so may not have been true?  James
