United Kingdom 2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Aintree Green
Polyflor / Amtico
Does anyone have any experience of laying polyflor camaro LVT?

We’ve gutted our bathroom, I’ve levelled the floor joists and laid caberdek 22mm.

The polyflor we’ve bought is the non click stuff; it should be a simple case of laying 6mm plywood, filling any voids and then glueing the vinyl tiles down.

However, I suspect, it’s far easier said than done!! Has anyone on here laid this stuff before? Do you have any tips or tricks?

I can’t help you on that front but before you go any further have you looked at laying electric underfloor heating matting ? When my bathroom was rebuilt and modernized 6 years ago the fitters suggested it and it is magic to step onto a warm floor first thing on a cold morning. I have slate effect laminate laid rather vinyl tiles. The heatingbmat is thermostatically controlled but there is a fixed timer program that switches it on at 0500 to 0745 in my timer, I am also able to manually over-ride the timer if I want to have it just thermostatically controlled on all the time too. Really makes a difference in the winter. Only one problem in my bathroom.........they didn’t fit a mat just where my right foot goes on the floor below the wash hand basin - that’s when I find out just how nice it is to have underfloor heating everywhere else in the bathroom! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!
