Malta 2012 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 CSW Santorini Black
Sorry for an old thread resurrection, but this week I heard that the earlier swivel housings (presumably referring to the ones with Railko bush) is stronger than the later swivel housing. Is this correct, or could have been a misunderstanding and referring for the CV joint with 23 spline being stronger than the 32 spline?

Is it correct to say that the Railko offers better damping against steering wobble, but the later top bearing can give a longer service life? 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
