Well I braved the elements on a 160 mile round trip in the v8....

Is it just the rear tub you are wanting to do? If so, it is just the top connecting rails that will require shortening. From memory I'm sure the tub area of a double cab is shorter than a 90 tub.

Yes, rear tub on a DCPU. Can’t work out if it is easier to buy (from SD?) and adapt, or have made from scratch? But I’d like something more robust that standard hoops so that I can eventually put of roof-tent on...
