What are my options for removing the RAI?
Aside from polishing out where it has rubbed, have I any other option other than the body shop for getting the holes filled? I don’t really fancy just sticking bolts in them but just checking in but missing something obvious and cheaper than filling and spray.

Cheers
Col

Could use blanking plugs like used for cable runs etc.

Co1 i had the same dilemma when removing mine which was fitted by the previous owner by a supposed professional outfit

The company who fitted it were best described as “butchers” they didn’t even fit the gasket between the RAI and the bodywork, such a mess as you can see from the above picture.

So I had no option but to have the holes filled and the wing resprayed.

I had a local body shop do the repairs for the princely sum of £75.00 not to bad considering I sold the RAI for that figure Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90

Thanks Guys. I’m going for unmolested a look as poss, so the body shop seems the likely candidate. Also that wood air intake is quite fancy!
