Car hire in Spain Barcelona
Anyone had experience of hiring rental cars in Barcelona I’m flying over for les comes Land Rover party
Just a bit dubious about the car rental scams ?

After having problems with cheaper companies I stick with the bigger names like Avis, Hertz or Europcar. I also take out an annual excess insurance policy to keep the costs down.

I have hire a couple of times from Girona Airport without a problem.

I don't know about Barcelona, but whenever I've flown to Malaga (quote often as family has a place in Tarifa), I've used PepeCar (think it is/was part of easyjet), always been good.

also used EasyCar which definately is part of easyjet; again AOK.

don't know if the above outlets have offices in Barcelona.
